Gordon Elliot secured Battlefordoyen, who won at Loughanmore last Saturday (15-04-17), for handler Gerry Cosgrave at the Tattersalls Cheltenham Sales on April 20th.

LUCKY SPEED arrives at Sunnyhill!!
We are delighted to announce the arrival at the stud of Group 1 winner Lucky Speed who will commence stallion duties here for the 2016 season.
The top rated 3yr old in Germany (11f - 13f) in 2013, he won 4 races in total over 9,10, 12, & 13 furlongs, €630,000, including the German Derby in the fastest time since 1999. He also broke the course record when winning the American St.Leger on turf at Arlington 2015.
We eagerly look forward to the 2016 stud season and in the interim we welcome clients and visitors to Sunnyhill at any time to view Doyen and Lucky Speed.
